Lorusso Arredamenti is a leading company in the Italian economy. This is confirmed by *La Repubblica Affari&Finanza* in its special feature “Champions of Growth.” It is the only company in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani.
Six hundred companies, with a combined revenue of 14.7 billion euros in 2020—a 50% increase compared to 2017—have created nearly 30,000 jobs, averaging more than 38 per company, with more than half concentrated in the central and northern parts of the country (Lombardy, Lazio, Emilia-Romagna, and Veneto) and active in five strategic sectors (industrial products, technology, sales & marketing, food, and services & consulting).
This is the picture that emerges from the fourth edition of the “Champions of Growth” survey by the German institute ITQF, the prestigious project launched in partnership with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza. Following a careful selection process, the survey identifies the list of companies driving the recovery based on their average annual growth over the 2017–2020 period.
“The analysis recognizes the excellence of the Italian economy, which—despite a very challenging macroeconomic environment caused by the health crisis—is experiencing remarkable growth. This is the dynamic side of Italy that, through new technologies, innovations, and exports—often on a global scale—creates jobs and distributes prosperity and wealth throughout the country,” explains Christian Bieker, director of ITQF, Europe’s leading independent organization in quality surveys.
